These cute little bunnies are filled with a tasty cheesecake ganache, a recipe I developed based on baked cheesecake squares—a favorite family treat. These playful squares of 70% dark chocolate are filled with a fruity, sweet ganache made with blackcurrant purée and Crème de Cassis liqueur. Blackcurrants, also known as cassis berries, are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins A, B, and C, and other good things like potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorous, zinc, and calcium. But never mind all that—they just taste great!
