Although I can’t create custom boxes, if you prefer all dark, all milk, or flavors without alcohol or nuts, let me know in the ORDER NOTES section of your order. Also let me know if you need to pick up/ship your chocolates by a specific date.

Almonds and chocolate are a classic combination, especially when enhanced with a dash of salt. This salt came all the way from the Wieliczka Salt Mine in Poland. This UNESCO World Heritage Site, dating from the Middle Ages, has 2,000 underground chambers surrounded by walls of rock salt. So of course when I visited the mine I had to bring home a jar of their coarsely-ground salt.

So many people love the combination of orange and chocolate; these are a sophisticated spin on a classic pairing. Zest from organic oranges is steeped in cream with cinnamon sticks and the slightest touch of clove. The flavored cream is then mixed with local wildflower honey, fresh-squeezed orange juice, vanilla seeds, French orange blossom water, and 70% dark chocolate. The result: a luscious orange filling for this hand-painted dark bonbon.

These playful squares of 70% dark chocolate are filled with a fruity, sweet ganache made with blackcurrant purée and Crème de Cassis liqueur. Blackcurrants, also known as cassis berries, are loaded with antioxidants, vitamins A, B, and C, and other good things like potassium, magnesium, iron, phosphorous, zinc, and calcium. But never mind all that—they just taste great!
