  Imagine a dried fig dipped in chocolate—but even more delicious. The Fig-in-a-Box starts with a homemade fig purée and a touch of aged balsamic vinegar. The pureé is transformed into a classic French “pâte de fruit” that’s hand-dipped in dark chocolate and brushed with thin gold stripes.
