I am a huge fan of chocolate bars—my own as well as bars crafted by a variety of bean-to-bar companies using cacao beans from around the world. These are what I turn to when I need my daily chocolate fix, and I especially enjoy trying different bars.
This is a gift that can keep on giving after all the pies, cakes, and other holiday sweets are gone and forgotten. Each set of 5 bars will be wrapped in a handmade, festive cloth gift bag (while supplies last). If you’d prefer a different mix of these bars, let me know in the Order Notes.

Sets of 5 chocolate bars in a handmade (and reusable) cloth gift bag were a popular item in December. For Valentine’s Day, available Beth’s Chocolate bars include Pistachio Rose Petal, Peruvian Gold, and a special Valentine’s Bar. The set of 5 bars are wrapped in a heart-themed gift bag (while supplies last). If you prefer a different mix of the bars, let me know in the Order Notes. (The photo doesn’t show all the bars.)

December is the one time each year that I make the largest variety of flavors, so each box will feature a beautiful array of handcrafted chocolates. Available flavors will vary throughout the month as I work on making everything. NOTE: Not all of my flavors will be featured as available/in stock on the website, depending on how many I have available.
Although I can’t create custom boxes, if you prefer all dark, all milk, or flavors without alcohol or nuts, let me know in the ORDER NOTES section of your order. Also let me know if you need to pick up/ship your chocolates by a specific date.

Hand-painted chocolate bars all dressed up for Christmas, made with 70% Valrhona dark chocolate or 40% Valrhona milk chocolate. You might not be able to wait until December 25th to start nibbling on these—and that’s perfectly OK.

Hot Chocolate Bombs

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. These individually hand-painted hot chocolate bombs are made with one of my favorite Valrhona single-origin chocolates, produced from rare Gran Blanco cacao beans that grow in the tropical rainforest of northern Peru. They are filled to the brim with additional grated chocolate for a decadent cup of steaming hot chocolate. (Designs vary.)
Sure, you can make hot cocoa bombs with inferior chocolate or candy melts, filling them with cocoa powder and sugar. But if you’re going to treat yourself to hot chocolate, why not treat yourself to the crème de la crème? These are packaged individually, nestled in a clear box festooned with a mini-bow, perfect for gifts and stocking stuffers.
For best results: Place the hot chocolate bomb in a narrow mug. Heat 6 oz. of milk until almost boiling. Pour over the hot chocolate bomb and wait a minute or so for it to melt. Stir really well and reheat slightly if necessary. Enjoy!
