  This flavor was inspired by a luscious dark cherry balsamic vinegar imported from Italy. Each hand-painted piece includes a whole dried bing cherry soaked overnight in the cherry balsamic. The cherry is surrounded by a creamy dark chocolate ganache flavored with the balsamic vinegar as well as a French fruit purée of blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and blackcurrant.
